Installation
During an installation PerformAir will be required to alter your existing roof configuration. If at anytime in the future should you no longer wish to have a PerformAir vent installed on your animal transport vehicle, it is up to the owner of the vehicle to source and pay for uninstalling and repairing of the existing roof.
The quality of the workmanship will be covered for a period of no more than 3 months.

Pay Pal
By selecting to integrate PerformAir with PayPal payment processing facilities you, as the owner or approved representative of the owner of the PerformAir, agree to the following terms and conditions.
You agree to allow and authorize PerformAir to facilitate payments between end users of PerformAir productsand the PerformAirowners utilizing the PayPal facilities. You agree that the pricing for the PerformAir productsto end users at the PerformAir integrated with the PayPal payment facilities is set, managed and implemented by you. You agree that fees related to processing transactions are controlled by PayPal and subject to change as determined by PayPal at its sole discretion.
You agree that PerformAir is not liable or responsible for any disputes between end users and you or you and PayPal. Any refunds of fees or charges and account reconciliations are the responsibility of you. You agree that PerformAir has the right to disable the PayPal integration at any time if PerformAir believes there is an abuse of the PerformAir services and PayPal system. As well you agree that PerformAir has the right to disable the PayPal integration at any time if so requested by PayPal. This Agreement is subject to change by PerformAir without prior notice.
